Vaught v. Green Bancshares, Inc., ___ S.W.3d ___, 2016 WL 1594963 (Tenn. App. April 18, 2016) (argued for FDIC as amicus curiae) (reversing a judgment for a bank's former president and chief operating officer for breach of a post-employment-compensation agreement on the ground that the bank was precluded from paying compensation otherwise due because of FDIC's determination that the payment would constitute a prohibited golden parachute payment that could not be made without FDIC's authorization, and providing the former executive 60 days to invoke his federal remedies challenging FDIC's decision).
